The relationship between management styles and trainers’ job motivation in the public institutions

<p><span>The study aimed to determine the relationship between perceptions of management styles and trainers' motivation in public sports institutions, examine effect on job motivation. The sample research consists 190 trainers, 18 whom are women 172 men working institutions. In study, descriptive scanning method was used, data obtained were analyzed by making statistical procedures such as frequency, correlation, regression analysis. It found that democratic style paternalist had a positive trainers’ However, liberal authoritarian have negative motivation.</span></p>
